MULYADI P. CHANDRA

I currently work as a Business Operations Manager in an IT company, but my career has never followed a conventional path and I see that as one of my greatest strengths. My experience spans across data operations and analysis, creative agencies, F&B, garment production, and 3D printing marketing. I’ve worked as a Data Entry Specialist handling U.S. insurance underwriting, an Image Specialist in a creative agency, and even hands-on in a small F&B business where I managed both operations and cooking. I’ve also worked in a garment workshop, gaining practical knowledge of sublimation, decal printing, pattern making, and apparel production, and explored creative marketing for 3D printing by helping build a market around a highly niche product. These diverse experiences have taught me to adapt quickly, understand both the big picture and the details, and move confidently between strategy and execution. More importantly, they have given me a rare combination of analytical thinking, creativity, operational know-how, and people skills, allowing me to approach problems from different perspectives and turn unconventional experiences into practical solutions.
